mobile chipset QM67 and HM65

I am looking for a new laptop and started with researching chipsets:

1) Is the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility something - or do the U36 ASUS mobile BIOS have a similar tuning utility making the intel tool redundant.

2) The Ivy QM7* series chip is advertised as supporting three screens - any intuition what the price difference will be come the late April launch and availability of 13" laptops with the new chip. I can wait five weeks but if it will be months I might need to buy sooner than later.

Waited 5-weeks and bought the new laptop with the ivy bridge; the dual external screen support and memory controller tipped the scales. The 3D gate technology was also cool.
