Seeing as this is in the CaseLabs forum, chances are the OP is asking about CaseLabs cases.
The TX10-D is currently the only dual case that CaseLabs offer. It is extremely large and can fit two motherboards (up to HPTX size) as well as buckets of HD's and radiators as you see fit. There may be smaller dual cases further down the road from the yet to be released "Merlin" line.
Here's a pic of mine (with optional pedestal):
