The top one is the latest which supports all the new CPU's including the opty 180

I'm not sure of the process to install it on that board but if you look on that page it should show you.

Thanks, but I don't care about the extra $100. If you look at the comparison charts I posted, the numbers show the 180 outperforms the 165 by a pretty good amount, without any OC'ing needed. I'm an experienced computer user, but not a tweaker or OC'er................
