Well asus DcuII's cooler isnt very good compared to msi's. Remember ppl before you flame me, this is the dual slot dcuII, not the big 3 slot powerful one.

Now as speed goes, asus is faster and cheaper. But higher temps and noise.

For me they are about equal, but i tend to go with msi, duo to the cooler. Both are ref pcb so oc isnt a factor here.

They're both very comparable cards; both offer a 3-yr serial based warranty too.
Honestly it's just up to your discretion, even if it was only an aesthetic choice.

Temps under load were ~4c different (stock) and ~1c when both were OC'd, pry comparable still I'd say.

MSI for me

You can overclock with that cooler better than the DCuII imo

I have a MSI Ref factory OC'd, love it, plus they are bound by serial number, and they cover everything!!
