Were trying to find out how may people are going to need a hotel room for the event. If you live in the city of Toronto and don't need a room that's perfect. This is for the people traveling from out of time and need a room to stay.
The dates are going to be, June 29th (Check-in) and July 2nd (check-out).
This is to figure out how many people are going to need a room and thus reflect the numbers of rooms needed to be booked. We are working with a hotel in the downtown core to get a group deal. The price will be disclosed upon knowing how many rooms are needed to be booked.
The rooms are going to be 2 double beds, two people per room. This way the price per night would be split between two members.
