You won't really notice any difference in usage b/w SATA 3 Gb/s vs 6Gb/s IOPs will be a little lower, but...maybe like a second faster start and slightly faster times on loading large files...slightly with SATA 6Gb/s? lol I know I really didn't notice any difference going from SATA 3Gb/s or SATA 6Gb/s.

The main thing with SSDs is the access times and 4K reads/writes.Those are not really affected much my the different controller speed.
