amd 630 oc help

hey guys im am trying to oc a amd athlon II x4 630 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103704) and i am using amd overdrive but i cant seem to get it to oc past 3.234 GHz. if i go any higher then that my computer freezes and i have to restart. the mobo that i am using is a MSI 760GM-E51 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130634) i know it is kinda a old system but i just want to see what kind of oc i could get out of this cpu. so i was wondering if there was maybe something that i overlooked or im just missing in generel. thanks for all your help. (the ram is ddr3 duel channel at 1333MHz)

What kinda voltages are you running? Temps?

16.5C idle... wth kind of cooling do you have, lol?

You've tried the obvious right. Lower the ram divider, NB multi, etc. Have you tried raising the core voltage? At those temps you could run 1.4-1.45v easy.

The thing is that I am using the stock air cooler. These temps are accurate. But the stock cooler is incredibly effective. and i have tried to change my voltages and it didnt seem to help

You must live in a very cold environment, lol.

What voltages have you changed? Just Vcore, or have you tried adding some voltage to the NB?
