The 32bit CD didn't even load for me. Do you guys think it could have something to do with Evga uefi bios on the board? During my lunch break I am going to give them a call to see if its my bios.

So now they didn't have an extra disc so I returned it and I'm gonna try to use my friend's Win7 Pro disc and see if that works. If not one of my co-workers said to put the SSD into a different machine, install the OS, then put it into my new rig and see if that works. I'm also gonna try the ISO linked in that guide to see if that would work too. Who knew installing Windows would be such a pain lol.

PNY liquid cooled GTX 580
Corsair 120GB Force GT SSD
WD 1TB Caviar Black HDD
Corsair AX 850 Power Supply
Corsair 800D Case
Everytime I try to install Windows it would show the two loading bars when the install starts then stops at 'Starting Windows". The four balls that circle to become the Windows logo doesn't even show. I've let it sit there for at least an hour or two. I eject then reinsert the disc. I have even gone to the bare minimal set up of SSD, MB, RAM, GC, processor, power supply, keyboard and still nothing happens. I switched out my graphics card, switched cables, even disconnect my front usb panel. I am running out of ideas and just want to install Windows so I can use my new PC.

When you say bare minimum does that mean you only have a stick of RAM? Also make sure that no USB devices are attached to the computer except for a mouse or keyboard. Also before you start the install set the BIOS to default config.

This. I'd start trying one stick of RAM at a time. This sounds to me like its either RAM or hard drive (or SSD) related.

I tried it with only one stick of RAM but I didn't try taking one stick out at a time or each on by itself. Other than to change the boot order of my devices I never messed with the bios. Only one device is connected by usb and that is my keyboard right now. Thank you for the help so far guys I'll give this a shot again once I get out of work.
