Should still run OCCT to see if you have any errors.
Each chip reacts differently to additional voltage, I've had some that hit a wall regardless of how much juice I was pushing it.
Yours seem to like it. I think your card could go higher with additional voltage.

Nope I don't. I just test with Heaven and BF3, both of which crash.

Also, GPU usage randomly drops from time to time even on stock clocks. What's with that?
