Air compressors

Thread Starter
What could I use a 250 PSI air compressor for? It's small enough to fit in my 5.25" slots, and with some minor modification should run just fine
off of a molex adapter, requiring 12v and all.

The current draw on start-up would prolly make your computer reboot. Motors draw around 3x their maximum current draw during start-up. Just because it's 12v doesn't mean your computer can run it. It would need its own dedicated psu.
APU what?

that depends on what power it's rated for. you can get 250 PSI at low power if the CFM is low enough, the question is whether there's a point to having it in the case.
