Thread Starter
Hey guys bout to have a quick game of BF3 with a mate he got this error.
338

He is running a 2600K, ASRock Extreme 3 Gen 3, SLI 560 Ti's, 8GB Gskill @ 2133mhz

He can get in game and play for around 2 min then that error will come up. Any ideas that might resolve the problem would be greatly authenticated.

Thank you in advance, Raged-Daniel

It mentions the GPU, so maybe install DirectX 11 again and update GPU drivers?

try it with one 560ti see if it works then try SLI. Different drivers maybe?

When I first got BF3 I thought I had wasted my money because it did this everytime I started the game. After trying numerous different fixes, drivers ect.. I tried bumping the core voltage just a bit to My 560Ti. I have a Gigabyte 560Ti OC card that is set to 900 core clock. I believe the stock voltage is 1010mV. I bumped it to 1037Mv through MSI Afterburner and my problems went away. Just be careful to bump it in small encrements until its stable, just dont jack it up too high. Good luck with it.

Tried running with only one card? Run with all overclocks off. Repair install of BF3. Just a few things to try.

It was fine all the time and suddenly yesterday this same message come out every time when I try to launch the game. Repairinstall fixed it temporally but today when I try to play again, same message showed. I did the repairinstall and fix the problem again. Will try tonight to see if the message shows again, I might bumping voltage or down clock to see if it solves the problem.
