Did the servers just go down? Both the survival and creative servers just went unavailable for a minute.. And it disconnected everyone

The survival server throws a weird error when I try to connect to it now, the creative is fine though.

EDIT: actually it just worked nvm I guess

am I still banned? if so, That's a shame. I'd love to play.. this is about the only thing that would bring me back into Minecraft.. I got banned for griefing even though I didn't grief anything.. I just removed all the stuff that was mine.
