Can you dig into a players tunnels (even its just a walking by tunnel) and kill them inside or is it griefing?

Can you build over player walls to get into their "areas" or plant a tree and use bonemeal and get over it that way? I honestly think a wall shouldn't be allowed to be bypassed by planting a tree or "blocking" over it. I do however have no issue if they left trees naturally near their wall and you can leap over it or if a natural cave allows you past it.
I am a big fan of having safe places in your own area....since we can't seem to disable dynmap by default and ppl are clearly abusing dynmap (shocker) there needs to be some crystal clear rules set in place. On that note I would request we block the dynmap to moderator+ only to stop the farming of players.
If we cannot set dynmap to not show players on the map by default, then not only can players use the /dynmap hide command but we can make a command sign that will allow players to set themselves to hide by clicking the sign, and we will make this sign at the spawn.
The general rule as far as gameplay/pvp goes is that there are no rules. It is up to players to protect their own stuff. I suggest you hide your chests well.
If lockette is not on the server now, I will add it soon so players can lock their doors (though this just means it is likely that someone will smash through your wall instead)
Keep in mind that the nature of survival is to experience the hardship of the environment and that includes things like being robbed or killed by other players.
