Design and built quality look nice. Should make an OK game or office display.

Seriously, if you're asking if it's "good", you should post what you intend to use it for.

I have basically the same one but its 22" (E2251), its a really solidly built monitor, lovely for gaming and such...

my only only issues with it are that the bezels are a tad on the large side, and the power light is tiny so its really easy to leave switched on without realising...

I would say buy the "LG IPS235V" this one is an IPS panel and cost only little bit more.
I was in a shop and they had this IPS panel and some other TN panels standing there and the IPS panel has beaten all TN panels.
If go in a shop and do a live comparison against IPS and TN panels then you see that TN panels have washed out colors and display colors worng and have ****ty viewing angle.
