not sure if this is the right place, but i want to get recommendations and detailed explanation how to replace the bad stock cooling fan of my graphics card with another cooling system that is better cooling my card.
i see a lot of examples in this forum and other forums, but i'm new in this and i don't know much about hardware fixing and replacing parts on my pc, i understand in software, not hardware.
how can i replace the stock cooling? which cooling is recommended and fit to my card?

thanks in advanced

not damaged, but in idle the temp is 54*c that's very hot!!!
and after playing games it reached to 80*c, it's dangerous.
