If I put it in the Pulling side I can fit whatever Ram I want in..
If it is in the pushing side.. it covers up the first slot for ram...

thanks Dwight

Usually pushing performs better than pulling.

The only reason to go for pulling is to avoid clearance issues between the heatsink fan and the ram modules.
If you have clearance issues for the ram modules I would go fine for the pull method.

There're some articles about the 212 Plus/Evo push pull.

Rule of thumb:

2 fans usually give about 1c more cooling. At very low speed often more.

Push or Pull not much difference but push is usually just a little bit better.

Thanks... I'll try it and watch my temps....
The airflow in my case is from front low to rear high....
Unless there really isn't much difference in the Low Profile
ram and the big finned Ram.. other than looks.. ?
Thanks for your help....

I just hooked a second fan up for push pull .. seems like it cooled the cpu another 7c
when playing BF3
When I get the new ram I will try just the pull and see what happens..
