So the title pretty much sums it up which is the best and pros and cons would be great also.

Second questions 120Hz? Is it work it for 2D gaming? Should I consider it?

Thanks smile.gif

there is no single "best" 24" monitor.
that's like asking who has the best steak. there are a lot of steak houses, and some of them have a premium price. does the most expensive steak = best? I don't think so.

your first question, "120Hz?" <<???
yes it works for 2D gaming.
if you believe you can benefit from 120 hertz refresh rate, go for it.

Dell U2412HM (16:9) or U2412M (16:10)

Quality monitor, e-IPS panel, better colors than any TN panel, lowish input lag (while higher than most TN overall is still really good), moderate price. The only downside might be anti-glare that some people hate, while others don't notice at all. It's 60 Hz panel, but IMHO it's better to have quality 60 Hz panel than 120 Hz one with crappy colors all of them have.

Sorry that was a very stupid question. I'm looking for a quality monitor HOPEFULLY under $350. I will be using it for gaming and some rendering (not hardcore rendering) and I want 1920 x 1080 or 1920 x 1200 res and high quality colours/images and yeah I doubt I could get a QUALITY 120Hz for that price.. actually I doubt I could get a bad one for the price tongue.gif
