Wait for next round of 680s or put a block on mine. Which block?

Basically I'm putting my case on water starting with my gpu, I currently own an evga 680.

I have a few choices on how I can go about this.

1. Buy a block for my 680
2. Snag a hydro copper 680 from evga and sell my current 680
3. Wait for next round of 680's, like the 4gb model, and grab that to put on water selling my 680.

I currently play at 2560x1600 and the single 680 handles BF3 just fine, but obviously the 4gb model would be better. What would you guys do? It's pretty easy to sell a 680 right now, hell I might even profit from it. But my main concern is what block would you guys prefer, since I'm also going to need to make that decision If I wait for a different 680 model. I've never put anything on water before (used an h70 once but that doesn't count) so simpler would be better, but I've replaced tim before on my 570s and installation of a block wouldn't be too difficult. I just want the best performance. Obviously price isn't much of a concern since im willing to buy a new card even. Like mentioned, just want to know what's my best option here.

1 or 2. The 4GB model won't give you any kind of benefit, even at 2560x1600.

Between those, I'd say an EK-FC680. They're all about the same in performance.

You should cool your CPU at the same time, totally worth it thumb.gif

Yeah but I really love my NH-D14 and I plan on changing to the next chipset that hits the market. I'm running an i7-920 at 4.0 and have been waiting. When I upgrade, everything will get upgraded (mobo/ram) and I will probably put that cpu on water.

edit: Looks like there are several versions of the EK, does it really matter which? It's my first time water cooling and I'm going to use PT Nuke and distilled, no silver coils or anything.
