They are all more or less the same. They are all manufactured by the same company (I believe). The 920 is equivalent to the H80, leaving the 620 on terms with the H60/70. The H100 vs the H80, is +/- 5 degree celsius (or so I have been told). As for bang-for-buck, I saw the H100 for $100 on Newegg earlier today. If you can get that and fit it in your case, might be your best bet.
If you plan on doing any overclocking H 100 for sure !
