I have the option of choosing one of these 2 cards but i'm not sure which one to go with.

I'll only be using 1 card and will intend to overclock it in the future.

Actually, doesn't the MSI have greater VRMs aswell?

msi for sure. asus dc2 really failed this time.i rma mine back to newegg. vram reach 110c. gpu reach 80 for such big 3slot card. only good thing is the quiet of the fans are. but it failed me at only 1100 core mhz in ccc. whic my reference can go 1125/1475 with no vcore increase.
