3700+ to FX55 big difference??? - Page 2

the max i've gotten on 3dmark was 4876 i think I'm gonna do a reformat and load new chipset drivers or something I get like 8 FPS in FSX which is insane for my rig i would think, or am i just crazy.

Given your RAM and PSU specifications are not provided.

The 3700+Sandiego at the worst scenerio should see you with 260x10. The cost of a FX-55 is high but if you can obtain one as you state for $140.00 then IMO it would be a good option (full acccess to all the multi, rather than just from x11 down).

What is the OPN on the 3700+ ?

Holy crap i just won the fx55 for 118 incl shipping. Not sure if it comes with a heatsink. Can I just use the one for my 3700+ if I don't plan to OC yet??? Thanks for all the help guys.
