Well I wouldnt say I have a strict budget, but I wont be buying everything at once (as I would have to stagger my buying).
But I was thinking;
Mobo: ~£100
CPU: £150
RAM: ~£50
For the GPU, I guess I would have to do some research on those.
Those numbers arn't strict, but I wouldnt want anything massively over.
Also, my current PSU is 650W, if I got a new GPU would I have to upgrade that too?

No you will be fine with that psu for a single gpu setup, although I would recommend stretching your budget on the cpu around 50-75 or so if possible

CPU- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072&Tpk=i5%202500k
MB- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131786
RAM- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226191

this is around $389

EDIT:
also I know you said you will get 4gb of ram so you can also get this which is a little bit better ram just 4gb instead of 8gb

Sweet nice one smile.gif

Well it looks like I will get one of those motherboards (need to work out which), the i5 2500k, get some RAM (probably 8GB because its so cheap).

Once I have all of that together, i'll decide upon a GPU. As I know they can be really steep in terms of price.

@Amann - on that other post:

You say:

CPU- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072&Tpk=i5%202500k

As thats in dollars, is there any difference between that ^^, and this:

http://www.ebuyer.com/251596-intel-core-i5-2500k-3-3ghz-socket-1155-6mb-cache-retail-boxed-processor-bx80623i52500k

I'm a noob I know biggrin.gif

As for the GPU, I want something that is going to last me a good while, and be able to play the newer games coming out at a decent standard. I just dont know much as I haven't really been keeping up with the technology recently.

I'm not sure.... £200?

Oh right haha your in euros I take it? well yeah the price is I think the same probably give or take a few whether you go with that website or newegg

and you will be able to get quite a decent gpu for 300
you will need to either go for amd so you can use both your monitors or go sli with nvidia, unless you want to go with a 680 but that will stretch your budget quite a bit

You know, If you got that E8400 E0 @ 4Ghz, and upgraded the GPU to a GTX 560, I think you could keep it for a bit longer. smile.gif

But, I'd go with an i7 2600K.

I'm in GBP (£) smile.gif

Also I changed that to £200 (317.092 USD) after summing up my money ha tongue.gif

Well I currently have the 4870 Toxic, so I would want something that is a noticeable increase from that.

I've been looking at the:

AMD Radeon HD 6870
or
AMD Radeon HD 6850

They are well within my budget, just is it worth it from what I currently have?

I'd prefer one new... never been a fan of used parts like this off people I don't know D:

Amann, as newegg is in the US, and wont deliver to the UK.

However if I look on for example;
http://www.ebuyer.com/
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/
Amazon UK

They all seem to be more expensive that on newegg?
