Thermal pad or Paste for MOSFET ? - Page 4

Ok that little bend is no problem.

But right now the biggest problem is those solder points.
First, are you absolutely sure whether or not it is hitting the solder points?
If you are sure that the plate is in contact with them try contacting Koolance and ask if the coating on the backplate is conductive. I wouldnt recommend turning it on if they are touching, because it in the worst case could short out your Mosfet.

Im absolutely sure it's hitting. Do it looks like im using the right washers/spacer ? i think the quality control is really suck here. worst case i will sand it a bit. You might want to check yours too.

Looks like the right spacers to me.

If mine had been touching I would have noticed it, and I sure as hell aint taking my rig apart again, had enough of that when it leaked wink.gif

I think you misunderstand, I have already fixed the leakage and Im not taking my rig apart.
I simply dont have the time to be messing with my rig, I have alot of work in school right now :/
