Applications not transferred from Firefox 11.0 to Waterfox 11.0

Hi !

A couple of days ago, I switched from Firefox 11.0 to Waterfox 11.0.

Today, I received a Newsletter in .PDF format and, when I tried to open it, the only option I had was to download it. I then went in Tools > Applications and found out none of my plugins in FF had been transferred in WF: is this normal ? cs.gif

Thanks for your answers. ad.gif

Well, I can see my inquiry has been a fuzz amongst you all ! I think I'd better ask the Mozilla/Firefox guys: at least they're more careful and welcoming to newbies ! az.gif

Hi, welcome to Overclock.net, I didn't see your post until today.
This part of the forum is for bugs and technical issues with the forum, not individual applications that are running on your computer.
As far as your question, that should be directed towards the Other Software section

Thanks for both your answers: I've been roaming around since yesterday to try and show you the screen captures I had done, explaining why I think we do not speak about the same thing, but unhopefully, none of the two (Hiboox and ImageShack) I usually use seem to be in order to offer me the right service for the time being. bk.gif

I persist in saying this is a bug in Waterfox services compared to the ones Firefox offers and will get back to you as soon as I find a way to show you my comparative screen captures. A hint for another server anybody ? Confus_83.gif

Thanks for your answer: this make better sens to me, although Win7 allows the use of 32 Bits programs. ay.gif ...I am afraid I'll have to stick to Firefox until Adobe Reader gets up to date. bk.gif

Sorry for my late answer as I have been obliged to get new equipment and reinstall all of my OS/Programs. travail_6.gif

There's a extension for Firefox that works for Waterfox that allows built-in PDF support.
