best airflow in corsair 650d ?

hello Im going to cool my cpu with an h100 ( mounted on top )
and my gpu with a kuhler 620 so I wanted to know if it would be better to have bot exhaust and front fan intake or the opposite ( cooler for intake and front fan for exhaust )

There's nothing wrong with that setup (its positive airflow) but. the front intake has a dust filter when the top and rear doesn't so it be easier for dirt to clog up your rads and there's the whole heat naturally rise argument (i don't think it matters in a case)
