Well I guess Ill add what I managed out of my XFX 7770 Ultra Overclock 1170 core 1500 memory (voltage locked)mad.gif. That is Skyrim 128 mod stable. I can run Kombuster at 1250 core 1500 memory for some reason, I mean all tests in Kombuster. Downloaded Heaven to get a benchmark that used a bit more Vram.

rig:

990fxa-gd80 v2 13.1 bios
FX8350 4.2/4.6 boost stable
H55 cooler
GS800 corsair PSU
16g 1600 Corsair Vengence ram 8-9-8-21-30 1T
XFX 7770 Ultra Overclock 1170 core/1500 memory
thermaltake overseer tower
1Tb Seagate HDD

Anyone running 3 monitors on the 7770?
I have a AMD Radeon HD 7770 and cent seem to run 3 monitors at the same time.
Im using:
HDMI to HDMI
Displayport to HDMI
DVI to HDMI

My system recognizes the third monitor and i can switch between the using any 2 of the 3 monitors, but cant use all 3 together thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif

Im running:
Samsung S27B350
Samsung T27B350
Vizio VO22LFHDTV10A (eventually will be another S27350)

I have a 460W PSU ( i doubt that makes a difference tho)

Any suggestions for a fix or recommendations for another card?

HIf the card has 2 DVI ports, You should use those over HDMI, aS one Dvi port always shares with HDMI

The weird thing is, that my HD 7770 has one DVI, one HDMI, and one Displayport output.
Idk why i have these outputs when i should have 2 mini displayports, a dvi, and a hdmi.

is it still possible to run 3 monitors with these ouputs
post #136 of 175
That's actually the combination of ports you have to use with a 3 monitor setup. Even with the 2 dvi/hdmi/displayport cards, you have to use the displayport for your 3rd monitor.

Oh, I haven't joined the club because I don't do google, but here's a pic of my cards just for giggles.[

Edit: wrong pic lol that was my 6770's here's the right ones...

Anyone running an HP Amd Radeon HD 7770?
Im having a problem running three monitors.

There are three ports on this card DVI, HDMI, & Displayport

Im currently running two monitors with an HDMI to HDMI connection, and a Displayport to HDMI connection

When i connect the third monitor using a DVI to HDMI connection, the computer with recognize it, but will only run two monitors at a time. Meaning i can switch between any combination of the three monitors.

Anyone have an idea of how i might go about trying to run three monitors, or if its possible to run three monitors on this card??

It's def. possible; PM OC55 he's running three monitor on his card. Ran heaven for the first time in a while last night after upgrading to 13.5Beta (replacing 12.11beta drivers) using one of my lower clocked profiles 1100/1200 and got a boost of 100+ points good job ATI thumb.gif now just fix Skyrim + crossfire and I'll be happy. I'll post the bench when I get home

Doing the RED MOD to one of my cards in the near future, I'll post temps and OC results once I OC it even more thumb.gif here is an update on my cards. Running 13.5 beta Cap 13.5 ~~Max temp 61*C in 3DMark~~ ~~Max temp 67*C in HeavenBench~~ I would love max out in the mid 50s with the red mod then maybe I can push these further but in all reality 67*C on air is damn good. 76*F ambient temp. I had a run with 144 max fps but much lower score; regardless ATI/AMD is doing some good with these drivers

I think the first run is on 12.8 but it could also be 12.11beta not 100% sure VS 13.5 beta

Pretty sure this is 12.11beta

and this is 13.5beta
