Afterburner 2.2.0 Beta 15 should work fine. Beta 14 and older does not support the 680.

I tested with both AB and Precision and could not notice a difference.

Although not having one myself, the most common clock it seems is around +130MHz. You can also put the memory straight up to +500MHz.

Changing voltages on the reference cards is useless.

Personally, I would check what your boost clock is because if you are only going for 1100mhz you may not have to oc the card at all. I know one of my cards boosts to 1110mhz with no oc.

It's not an OC. One of my cards came stock with the GPU Boost at 1110mhz. Meaning... you don't have to OC it. It will run at 1110mhz during gaming. People have boosts higher than that... it's the luck of the draw.

Yup. It's perfectly normal. Your boost clock goes up to 1124mhz, but it's dynamic. This means if whatever you are doing isn't stressing the card it won't boost to max. It will fluctuate between the base clock and whatever your boost clock is set at.

when i run heaven sometimes it jump to 1215mhz and down to 1100 something back and forth is this still ok?? but i see gpu usuage 99% when i run heaven
