Not all hdtv does this though, only incompatible ones

I think it's the pixel format incompatibility, i experienced this too. Nvidia cards doesn't have the option to change the pixel format, amd cards does.

- Yes screen resolution is correct (Native is 1080p) it is set to that in NPanel - @60Hz
- Already did
- Will try this tomorrow
- I have FXAA enabled, but it was disabled before and was the same thing, does having FXAA enabled in Global settings affect the desktop environment as well and not just games?

maybe its in the tv's settings ?

im not familiar with your HDTV's features but you can play around changing stuff (like picturemodes?) or whatever its called

also maybe lower the res? (i use 1600x900 on my 32" HDTV)

Tried that, does absolutely nothing. Though I wil try it again or turning it off all together, ugh I LOVE my GTX 680 but I never had this problem with my ATI cards.
