The extra side panels I got off here arrived yesterday, they have a nice brushed aluminum look to them. So hopefully in the next day or so I will get everything bended and painted up the way I want them. If anyone has been checking out some of the various phantom builds floating around just gonna go ahead and let you know that Im not gonna do the same psu cover as they are doing (although I believe original credit goes to sound works.) Im going to be incorporating the mesh with some different things and see how it turns out for me. If everything goes well i think its also going to help provide better cooling in the case.

Cool. Can't wait to see how it turns out. GL

Thanks, should have more fans coming in sometime next week, so I'm definitely going to get the air flow ideas I have going. Should be interesting!thumb.gif

Hey don't know if I have commented before, I am subbed to your build. I love the black and orange color scheme. Now get motivated as I wanna see this finished. smile.gif

Thanks for the motivation EJ! lol, with School, Work, and the Soon to be Fiance eating away at my time, sometimes I just wanna be a slug lol. Tonight was my first night using a dremel tool to cut any metal and I may just be being to hard on myself but Im not a very big fan of it.

Rough draft. Going to be filing down the plate I cut to get it a little nicer. Still working on two other plates to cover up some stuff.

I like that cable cover! Well done.
I have a love hate relationship with dremel tools. Since I am left handed, most of the time the thing is flinging hot metal on me.
Oh well, to paraphrase the Buddha "all modding is suffering"

Thanks, I haven't used the dremel very much at all. I think it may just look out of place to me right now, but I want to put in 2 more pieces that have that look inside the case. Hopefully that'll help it all look like it's supposed to be there when I'm finished.

3 new fans are on the way so hopefully I'll have some really nice temps coming in.
