I know that's about the same as a SATA II SSD biggrin.gif . But why didn't it let me use the write. It kept telling me to remove the partition like it told you.

Maybe because of the 100mb partition the OS makes or the 1gb. extra on the 2gb. hdd.

Still no write ...

You do know there is a edit button instead of double or triple posting.

But on topic it wont work for writes because you need to delete the partition on the drive your trying to get the write speeds from. I dont know why it does other then so that way the program doesnt write over your actual data, so pretty much safety feature!

And its fine to have your OS on a Raid-0 as long as you dont store sensitive info that you can afford to lose if one drive fails. And backing up is always a plus for bookmarks and your saved game files if you know how to.

Well this Hard Drive belonged to my back up but When i get the new Ivy Bridge COU this cpu is going back to the back up. But will have no Hard drive. So maybe Ill remove the raid and buy the same 1tb for $100 from cnettech or somewhere else. Do you think I should do that? Plus the 1tb has better read/write speeds so. yea.
