Higher airflow / quiet 200mm Fans (Looking for Great 200mm fans)

What I have now is:
http://www.corsair.com/parts/case-parts/black-200mm-case-fan.html
Fan Speed: 1000RPM
Air Flow: Up to 92 CFM
Noise: 28.8dBA
Bearing: Sleeve

I was looking at getting:

http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/accessories/spectre-pro-led
200mm
Dimensions (mm) 200x200x25mm
Current (A) 0.33A ±10%
Speed (RPM) 900 RPM ±10%
Air Flow (CFM) 148.72 CFM ±10%
Air Pressure (mmH2O) 1.26 mmH2O
Noise (dB-A) 27.5 dB(A)

The fan will be used in the front of my Corsair 650D. At some point down the road I may mod the case (if necessary) and put in a 200 Radiator, but for the time being it's an air-cooled case. The Bitfenix has more than double the airflow and is just a hair more quiet. I've been looking around for something quieter with much higher airflow than the stock corsair 200mm that comes with the case, but haven't found anything yet comparable.

Any suggestions, opinions or stats would be appreciated. Disreguard the fact that the fan has LED's, aesthetics are important to me but not as important as performance.

Last thing, I'm using the corsair fan controller built into the case at the moment.

Thanks in advance for taking the time to read and consider my question.

are you worried about noise level? color? and can a 30mm thick fan fit in your intake fan slot?

not worried about color so much, higher airflow than 92CFM and less noise than 28.8Dba is my goal. Yeah fan thickness is not too much of a worry either I have modular HDD bays so I can move them back a bit if they are a problem. In all honesty I would rather have x2 120mm fans in the front and throw in gentle typhoons or Noctua's but there is no mounts for 120mm's... That's essentially my problem

thanks man, That NZXT is a beast but I'm thinking even when turned down is gonna be louder than I like. I keep my desktop on my desk, but the coolermaster might get the job done.

i am using the bitfenix spectre pro (minus the led) and so far so good, it moves a lot of air. the only issue with the front intake is that you can hear the air swooshing through which is caused by the metal mesh. there are people who have started cutting the front mesh to minimize the noise. also see the 650d thread http://www.overclock.net/t/907643/corsair-obsidian-650d-mid-tower
