I have a Lancool PC-K58W case.

As you can see, there is already an exhaust fan in the top-left next to the CPU, and an intake fan (partially blocked by hard drives) in the bottom-right, pretty standard.
My bottom-mounted power supply's fan is directed to the bottom, since there is a grill there for a fan.
I got a good deal on a pair of 140mm fans to put in the top -- my question is, should I make them exhaust fans or intake fans, especially considering how the one intake fan now is being diminished by the hard drives right in front of it?
I will be getting a rather beefy CPU cooler tomorrow (Phanteks PH-TC14PE) for my i5-2500K, and my GPU is a GTX 680 reference design.
Any help is appreciated.
