Silverstone HDD cage into a CM 310 Case

For my new CM SuperMod,I will be removing both the 2.5and 3.5HDD cages and replacing them with a Custom Silverstone HHD cage.
Reason being: Because I hate the look of the factory ones and the 2.5 ones will be of no use to me.

I will mod the HDD on to the front under the 5.25 slots. I have measured it and I feel it will work.442

The HDD cage itself measures about 4X4X6.Mounting it sideways will make it work420

Any suggestions as to HOW to mount it?

It looks like measuring out the screw holes for whatever side you want (they look the same) and then drilling said holes into the bottom of the 5.25" bay, mount with screws, win?

WIn. now I know I can definitely screw it into the 5,25 bay above. Its even small enough to allow me to install a fan on the side. I cant wait to try do this mod.
