They look to be memory and driver related. I would drop the timings to 9-9-9-30-1t. Keep the rest auto. Check to see if there is a newer bios version. That often solves memory compatibility.

You may be able to drop the volts again on the CPU. Try prime 95 blend test for 12 hours. If the nb or memory is the issue it will abend fairly quickly.

Upping the Dramm voltage to 1.7v seems to have fixed the instability issues. Now on 4ghz @ 1.475v but will try lower. Thanks for the help!
