Will this be good enough?

well, I'm just wondering if these specs would be good enough for a gaming pc.

CPU: AMD Bulldozer FX-4100 3.6ghz (OC to 4.2ghz)
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-s2p
RAM: 4gb or 8gb ddr3 1333mhz cl9 (oc to 1600mhz or 1866mhz with cl at 7)
Case: BitFenix Merc Alpha Mid Tower
PSU: 600w
HDD: 250gb, 160gb in RAID1
Opt.: Dvd burner sata
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6770 1gb GDDR5
Display: 20in LED backlit LCD widescreen (Acer)

so what do u guys think? anything that you'd change?

Do you have a budget? That way the community can make a full parts selection with that in mind. What sort of games are you planning to play.

Are you reusing some components from an older rig?

I woudl look towards a mobo that uses 900 series chipset rather than an older style mobo like you have selected. It may have difficulty overclocking because the lack of power phases and heatsinks on the power circuirtry.

A 6770 is ok for gaming at lower resolutions and medium settings but I think it will struggle a little with some of the newer games.

im using some components from another rig, such as hard drives, and ram. im on a 300$ budget and thought this was perfect
games like, skyrim, crysis 2, left 4 dead 2, modern warfare 3, MMORPGs, ect.
