Hey guys I need help My Mob is a little hot it's idling @ 60c well {USB3.0-2 is}my room temp is about 78-80 as soon as I start BF3 it kicks up to 67 the 72 according to Asus Thermal Radar, and then I get the little warning pop up.
I have a CM Storm trooper with (2 front intake 120s and a top 200 exhaust and a H60 rear intake also.) The reason for the H60 intake is because when I used it as a exhaust the temps went thru the roof! I just ordered 2 120s for the side and a little 50mm hoping it might cool down the MOB. I think my air set up is bad any advice would help.
This was my first Build think it worked out well plan to add more but that’s it for now.
Umm besides the cm trooper and saber tooth I have a I7 2600 k oc to 4 GHz (thanks to this site smile.gif plan to shoot higher.
EVGA GTX580 SC 1.5GB
Cooler master 1200w silent pro
Corsair H60

Please excuse the lack of details and poor writing it’s been a long 13 hours at the hospital and its late.
Thanks for the help you guys are great latter!!Dray M.

Hey bud no I kinda fixed my own problem I'm running the h60 to cool my CPU so my rear fan is blowing inside the case I flipped my top fan to blow inward and my 2 front fans are now on the side. And I bought 2 kaze ultra 3000 as front exhaust fan a 50mm to cool under the thermal armor...
Result way cooler temps..I guess just figure a nice airflow path and the kaze 3000 move allot of air! on that note I removed the front mesh screen that traps dust. Sure its dusty but I use a air compressor to blow out every 10 days or so, so I'm good...thumb.gif
