You've not followed the instructions properly. If you get a code 10 then the wrong drivers are installed. Either you've not disabled fetching drivers from Windows Update (if this is enabled it WILL use the drivers from windows update which WON'T work) or you've not used the drivers for the 3d usb controller from 285.62.

Hey. Just picked up the S23700D and im trying to get nvidia 3D vision to work with this emulator. The device never shows up in the device manager though. I tried following your directions Tom, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Everything seems to be going fine but when I use the enablestereo I get a windows message saying that it failed to install it it. I try to go into device management and I see it as a USB HID which got failed to install. When I try to install it with the NV3DVisionUSB.Driver it gives me a error telling me the driver software might not be correct or something like that. Any help is appreciated.

Alright. After some time I got the drivers to work and all. But now when I try to go through 3D Vision setup it doesn't detect the emitter emulator so I can't get pass the next step. Anyone got a clue of what I've done wrong?

Hm strange. I'd recommend removing the device and trying again.

Hi, I apologize hi-jacking this thread but I am in desperate need of assistance. I have the S27A950D monitor from samsung, and I am running a gtx 690. I am trying to get the 3d vision to work and I am getting stuck where when I pick the emulator driver from the downloaded and extracted drivers from nvidia (285.62), it says "The folder you specified does'nt contain a compatible software driver for your device. If the folder contains a driver, make sure it is designed to work with windows for x64- based systems. I tried editing the init_x64 using notepad and removed the /i /s, I have tried uninstalling the driver that is named USB input device with a yellow exclamation mark on it.... do I need to uninstall nvidia drivers and try it? Thanks for your help in advance.

What is the error on the device? Also make sure you use "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer" and then "Have Disk" when installing the drivers.

Sorry to bring up the thread again but I'm having an issue.
I tried installing the DSF installation file but it keeps rolling back and ends saying "The setup has ended prematurely". I've done everything I could. Download all of the 285.xx series drivers, 300 series and nothing will change. It used to install but something changed. Using Samsung SA950 23inch version.

I'm also getting confused on how to install the emulator. I don't really care what drivers I need to use, just want it to work. Someone please help me out on this... redface.gif
