What about the core? I'm on 1.575V and it's underwater.

And I've got passive cooling on the memory chips, Swiftech MC14 ramsinks with a 120mm on side panel blowing at them where the blown-in air would escape via the rear of the case. Would a tiny bit more on the mem cause massacre?
