Will this case and PSU be sufficient?

So you already have the case and PSU on your hand correct? Don't worry about, that PSU is sufficient for it. For the case so long as you are using stock cooler (or any low profile cooler) it will work fine as well.

Just do a good job on cable management. Since that PSU is not sleeved any poor cable management will severely hurt air flow. Bare cables can be spider webs.

This. Your motherboard already has onboard graphics. If this will be used as a server, rather than an HTPC, there is absolutely no reason to have a GPU. Even for an HTPC, that onboard chip will be able to play just about everything (not sure about Blu-Ray, since I haven't tried). I would know, I was using the same motherboard for my HTPC up until a few months ago.

Radeon HD4200 is enough for Bluray playback.
