2.0 or 2.1 computer speakers with volume control

I'm looking for some speakers for my computer with volume control on the front or side of them.
Budget is about €250,- and I live in the Netherlands

I already did some background searching and I've found 2 speakers that fit the bill.

Swan M10
Teufel concept B200 USB

problem with the Swan is the high price in the Netherlands (€170,-) and with the Teufel the problem is the price and the amp/speaker combination which I'm not that fond of.

So I'm basically looking for active speakers with a easily reachable volume control, also because of space restrictions they can't be too big (so around the ground size of the swan is the max size).

Hope someone can help me because beside of the two mentioned I can't seem too find any good speakers with a price/quality which I can live with.

(sorry for the bad english...)

Hmm being in Holland could u get hold of UK speakers like Mission, Tannoy, etc on the cheap? Try the used speakers market where u at as well ^^ Perhaps for PC Audio/nearfield a simple T-amp (free international ship) and bookshelf speakers combo?
