Foam as insulation?

I have an ABS Black pearl case..
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811215010

I have installed a 360mm rad in the bottom where the hdd cages went. I also installed yate loon high speed fans(6 for push pull) and they are way to loud. I was wondering if adding foam on the walls and around the radiator will make it quieter?

It would help...but make sure you try this first... rubberized fan screws --> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811994036 They take most of the vibration out of the fans.

It's both. But you can't do crap about the fans spinning. But you can stop the vibration.

There has been someone locally trying to sell one for $100 for a while now.

How would you describe the sound levels now as they are?
