Cable management was a kind of pain, but I switched one of my HDDs from into the hotswap bay and it made it MUCH better. I'll take some photos tonight of the 100% finished product. I ended up putting 2x 80mm fans on the bottom instead of the one tilted 120, because the power cable extension seems like it would interfere with a 120. The GPU is tilted at a weird angle, almost like the PCB is warped so I wanted to snag a photo of that too.

GPU is idling at 35C and CPU is sitting at 30-35C idle (don't know which temp to go off of in HWmonitor)

No overclocking or memory set up yet, haven't had time to dig into the bios, but it seems very different from my CHIV so I need to do that.

You can also see my sleeving job o.0 Shrink I used wasn't very good so there is one cable that came loose, you can see it there, the orange one frown.gif

35c idle on a 7970? Wow. That Sapphire cooler is great. Probably rivals the msi lightning cooler maybe. Only thing is heat will be dumped into the case like someone else mentioned. Are you using the 1055t while you wait for IB. I'd be interested to know if there is a bottleneck with the 1055t.

Nope I am not quite sure why my sig isnt updating with the new system but its in my profile. Build is done I just bought a 2500k as IB is not worth the heat in this tiny case.

Yeah 35C idle. It gets up to 80c load, but thats at 1100 core if i remember corrrectly. CPU is idling at 30c, load its hitting 60c. I think my TIM needs to set in, its Arctic Silver ceramic, so it might suck. All the computer store in stock because my dog ate my AS5.

I also have the H60 pump running at 75% power because I can't stand the grinding noise of the water bubbles at full speed.

ALSO worth mentioning those GPU temps are with the fan at 20%, and the CPU temps are with the cpu fans at 20% and the case fans at 40%. Through Speedfan. I also changed the fans around, 2 80mm fans on the bottom, the middle angled 120mm is there, and the radiator is in push pull with some cougar fans I had laying around because the Gene V doesn't support voltage control on the CPU headers so I had to use PWM fans and I only had orange cougars lol.

I'll try and upload some updated photos tonight. Work has been nuts and my wife is about to go to night shift for a month so I haven't had a ton of time for the computer wink.gif
