However this was close to a year and a half ago, so things may be different now.

I too had to RMA a mobo with MSI, very hassle free, very happy with them

Nice to hear that. thumb.gif Their boards may have "crappy" VRMs, but I was very satisfied with the replacement board.

I also loved the performance and "hidden" overvolting ability of the MSI 5770 Hawks, but the Twin Frozr/Hawk/Lightning series already made a name for themselves.

The BBB is a joke. Either keep fighting it or take it to small claims, don't even bother with the BBB. Personally, at this point, I'd just take it to small claims since it seems like they have absolutely no interest in making the situation right.

To OP, make sure you have all the receipts for your purchase ready, the receipts for the shipping, and a copy of the warranty. Take them to small claims and sue not only for the cost of the board, but for the cost of shipping it to them each time. There's no guarantee you'll get the money for the shipping, but I think that you should be able to say that they have shown a pattern of bad faith and that you should not be forced to pay to ship a product back to a company that has no intention of honoring their warranty and making the situation right.
