QUick question about the xspc dual bay res and laing ddc

Right quick question.

I've recently installed the dual bay xspc res with the laing ddc pump.

I should have read the manual before installing it but anyway on here:

step 3 it says The pump should be orientated so the wires are on the outer sides of the reservoir.

I've actually got the pump with the wires on the other side, so they are along the middle.

Infact I followed this guys instructions http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bsne4PBTQY

Notice how his pump is orientated with the wires the other side.

Does it make a difference at all, I didn't see anything obvious like markings etc on the pump that it has a direction of flow or something.

No it doesn`t really matter, just make sure the wires coming out of the pump are secured so that their is no strain at the wires. Have fun !bike.gif
