. Anyways to each his own...
I don't see how it's adrenaline filled at all? Don't take me as a hater, really enjoyed CoD 1-4.
I tried MW3 at the free weekend on Steam, first of all it just lacks the feel of shooting with a gun, it requires no skill, throws perks in my face as "rewards" and really its just first man to empty his clip at another. The maps where so poorly designed that I almost cried, you know CoD 4 actually had much better maps? I don't see how a new CoD game which basically is a new map pack for CoD4 with new skins, why they don't perfect the gun feel, sounds, movements and maps to the best it can possibly be.
The guns just are so similar that it almost did not have anything to say no matter what gun I used, tactics? Nah. Teamplay? Forget it. Full of 12year olds whining about how dirty your mom is? Yes plenty.
Compared to BF3 where you do require skill to play, many well designed maps (not saying all of them is), guns and vehicles feels real still not so real that its boring to use, movement is 100x better than CoD (Seriously try to play BF for some hours then CoD, you will see what I mean).
You can have many different play styles and modes that actually differ from each other.
You get rewarded for playing as a team/squad, and can turn the whole game around with just some few good people working together. You have to burst fire and not just empty your clip no matter the distance.
Hell, just the players them self are on general so much more mature and you can play a round without having nicknames like "[Weed] Rambo-terminator" from a 11year old kid that has never even smoked before.
This is from a PC point of perspective, on consoles its different.
So enjoy your new map pack for CoD 4, while I will have challenges and rewards that I actually feel I have to work for.
