Yeah, I had tried that and it didnt work, but good advice none-the-less.

*** does male have to do with this topic? Are you trying to offend me?
And his first post does not mention "compatibility mode". It mentioned dual boot with XP, but thats different and not relevant.

As I said I got Folding to run under Vista using the "compatibility mode wizard". It worked for me.

In this quote the pronoun "he" is referring to me. "He said he allready tried that in the first post..." That was directed towards me, not you Lonnie, no reason to get upset.

Sorry I didnt mean anything by it lonnie5000. As tubnotub said i was refering to him. Sorry if I accidently offended you in anyway....

He said in his first post that he ran the program in SP2 mode, which is where you 'right click -> properties ->compatibilty' on the program rather than going through the compatibility wizard

I don't know what's up, I've been running F@H as a service on Vista for the past 3 weeks and haven't had an issue.... as for you not being able to get work... I remember that in the graphical clinet setting it to get WUs in order of deadliness used to fail for me...

I honestly don't know.
