If you want the best get definitely don't get the Force 3.

Depends if you think it is enough for you. Windows takes up ~10Gb give or take depending on your configuration. With a 64GB drive you have 59.6GB usable space. so you will have about 45-53GB free space after installation for your programs and what not if you follow my install and optimization guide.

Yea you can plug it right into the SATA power on the PSU. They just include that in case you have an older PC that doesn't have SATA power connectors.

ok one last question.

on a search engine that finds your product at the cheapest price in greek stores it has two versions of this (samsung 830 64gb)

MZ-7PC064D which is mentioned as (desktop) ONLY in the search engine
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147133

and this
MZ-7PC064B which isn't mentioned as something.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0077CR5RK/

btw the first one (D) costs a little more euros/dollars

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147162&Tpk=Samsung%20830-Series%20MZ-7PC064B

that one is the same as the one on amazon.

The difference b/w the desktop one and the one on amazon is that the desktop one comes with a 2.5"-3.5" bay adapter, sata cable, and power cable. While the other does not.
