Lamptron RMA problem

So I have tried to contact Lamptron about my FC5v2 RMA a little over a month ago, but I have still not heard back from them. I submitted my RMA through their website in the support section and even got a confirmation email, but still no response. Recently I emailed them again about the same request and still nothing. I even called the numbers on the website and they all seem to be dead. Has anyone ever dealt with Lamptron RMA before? because honestly this is not cool.

Shoot me an email at robert@lamptron.com with the same information you had to submit for the lamptron RMA request on the website and I will take care of it personally for you.

Alright so it might have taken some time (the ship to china and back probably), but I got my FC5v2 finally and it looks great! The knobs feel nice and smooth. I can't check the display because my CPU cooler is in RMA, but I don't think there will be any problems. Thank you Lamptron! It's nice to know someone cares (unlike Corsair who put me through 2 RMAs on my H100 and won't even respond to me about getting me SATA cables which I absolutely need for my PSU).
