Has Gigabyte worked out it's x79 problems yet?

Thread Starter
I'm looking at upgrading to 2011 and I was wondering if Gigabyte worked out it's problems with it's x79 boards? I read that there were Bios and power delivery issues, but I haven't seen much on the matter since January. I'm looking at the x79 UD3 or UD5, but I don't want to get myself into an unreliable board. I'm shooting for a high overclock, 5GHz+.

Also, assuming that Gigabyte is not a good choice still, how is the ASUS Sabretooth x79 for overclocking?

P.S. I'll be running a 3930K

Thanks guys.

Is Asus's warranty transferable? I've owned Asus for years, but I've never actually had to do anything with my warranties, but this time I would like to know this stuff. I've never spent this kind of money on a system.

My brother's x79 UD5 has be doing fine with his 3850 since he's had it, I believe his mobo came with the F8 bios revision and has updated to F10.
