WANTED: Cheap HDMI card

Will Ship To: Anywhere

Hey all. Kind of doing a favor for an older family that lives in my neighborhood. They have an Asus A8AE-LE motherboard with some open slots. I am looking for a cheap HDMI card so they can stream from their computer to their TV. Anyone have one laying around??? I am doing this for free for them so I am not looking to buy a 6950 or anything lol. According to the mobo specs they should have open:

PCI (two available)
PCI Express (one available)

I am trying to avoid buying one for 30 bucks new one from Newegg so c'mon fellow OCN'ers, help me out. May have some stuff to trade as well so PM me with what you have and prices.

I have an 8400GS, which isn't very powerful, but should be fine for HTPC duties. No HDMI, but I also have a DVI-HDMI cable you can have.

I may be interested. Couple questions as I am at work and cannot check myself. Does card power through pci express slot or does it need power directly from psu? Also how big is it? Its an acer prebuilt so I am not sure if it'll fit or have hookup from psu. And lastly does the adapter allow sound pass through or will I need seperate adapter for this? Thanks, I appreciate your help.

This is what 8400GS looks like. No sound pass through on DVI. It powers on PCIe slot solely.

Yea some dvi allows sound via an adapter, was curious if this was one. This is right up their alley too, but with no sound its undoable. They are an older family on fixed income. They're not going to be able to afford some sort of external sound setup. But so close. Just outta curiousity tho PM me price please.
